Colorado Authors League Teams Up with Little Libraries

Winners and finalists from The Colorado Authors League 79th Writing Contest are encouraged to donate their books to the Little Libraries located around Colorado. I donated WindRunner and Red Dragon’s Keep to the Aurora Little Library at the Expo Rec Center and to the Little Library at the Historic Delaney Farm. Promoting Literacy for Everyone!

The Round Barn Little Library
Round Barn Little Library at Delaney Farm. It was built to mirror the Round Barn just visible on the upper right hand corner. Toll Gate Creek Chapter, NSDAR, built it and installed it. I’ve been a member for a long time.

Natli VanDerWerken loves Dragons. She has 30 that she collected while serving in the Navy as a meteorologist and anti-submarine warfare specialist. She is the multiple award-winning international author of the fantasy series - The Dragon’s Children. The series grew out of a fairytale Natli told her grandchildren one Christmas Eve. The main character in each novel is based on one of those grandchildren. Natli is a native of Colorado. She has a Masters in Computer Information Systems, develops websites, likes to show Shetland Sheepdogs, and quilt in her mostly non-existent spare time.
